| 東南亞央行研訓中心與加拿大多倫多金融監理研訓中心合辦「4thSeacen-TorontoCentreLeadershipSeminarforSeniorManagementofCentralbanksonFinancialSystemOversight」,設計一套類似管理學之模型（actionplanmodel）去面對問題,解決問題,並列舉3個個案（TheColombianBankingCrisis、CBFReorganization：Belgium、BancoLatinoFailure）分組討論,分別以該模型設計之步驟,逐案討論並且提出心得,藉由心得之交換加強與會學員提升自身面臨問題之解決能力及監理技巧 |
